I help C-level executives and rising leaders master their message using techniques from journalism, neuroscience and design thinking. Together we'll boost effectiveness through authentic, persuasive communications.

My workshops on creativity, storytelling and leadership communications help organizations drive innovation, nurture emerging leaders, and essentially get out of their own way.
I contribute to Forbes on leadership strategy, and coach at Chicago's tech hub 1871, the #1 private business incubator in the US. As an advocate for women at work, I am an activator for SheEO and served as president Ellevate Network Chicago, a global network of professional women.
Intensely curious and a lifelong learner, I geek out over urban architecture and animal welfare, and literally wrote the book on farmers' markets, Farmers' Markets of the Heartland, published by University of Illinois Press.
